Do you have a physical spa location?
No. Luxe Home Spa is a mobile, at-home service. We do not operate a public physical spa address.
Can I choose a female or male therapist?
You can indicate your preferred therapist option when sending your booking request. Availability is confirmed by the team.
How do I book?
Choose your massage and duration, then use the WhatsApp booking button. You can also use the detailed booking form on the homepage to prepare your request.
Can I choose the duration?
Yes. 60, 90 and 120-minute options are available for selected treatments. See the current price list for each treatment.
Do you serve hotels and villas?
Yes. You can request a treatment at a home, hotel or villa in Dubai.
How do I tell you where I am?
During booking, share your preferred location type and Dubai area. The team can confirm the service details with you on WhatsApp.
Are bookings automatically confirmed?
No. The website sends a booking request to WhatsApp. The Luxe Home Spa team confirms availability and final booking details with you.
